My client, a reputable creative communications agency based in Central London, is seeking a Finance Assistant to join their close knit finance team.

Working in the commercial finance team, you will be responsible for managing the billing process. Duties include; chasing aged debtors, assisting with revenue forecasting, raising and posting invoices, point of contact for all retainers, assisting with WIP control and building long standing relationships with clients.

The ideal candidate will be studying, or looking to study, towards an accountancy qualification (ACCA/CIMA). You will be organised and proactive, driven to develop and eventually take a step up within the commercial finance team. You will have prior experience working within credit control, with billings experience in a media company being hugely advantageous. Due to this being a client facing role, you must have excellent communication skills.
