This persons day to day will focus on changes requests, throughout the life cycle of derivatives servicing. If the client is trading new products or improve the products they are trading on this person will facilitate that. This person will be analysing the requirements of the client, looking to see if there is a solution within the parameters of the systems etc. and then applying that solution.

Essentials:

  1. Product knowledge - OTC Derivatives - Process flows, Derivative trade processes
  2. Client management skills
  3. Analytical and problem solving skills

Desirables:

  1. Macro/VBA knowledge
  2. Change management
  3. Client on boarding
