Start your job searchA high-profile privately owned business Services Company is seeking an immediately available and experienced CFO to join this high profile and exciting organisation which is seeking to embark on the next stage of its development. This dynamic and fast paced business is looking for a commercially astute and highly analytical CFO to lead on the sale of the business.
This is a hands on role with broader strategic and commercial responsibility including implementing systems, processes and controls across the business. As the CFO you will be a key member of the Board, working in close partnership with the CEO in order to provide advice in alignment with the planned sale of the business. With an excellent reputation in their sector, this dynamic brand needs a commercially orientated CFO to take sole responsibility for the finance function and help steer the business through its expansion to a successful Exit to Private Equity.
Working alongside the founders, you will be an exceptional qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA), hands-on and commercially aware with a background in having taken a business through to an exit, ideally to Private Equity. This is an excellent opportunity to join an extremely well regarded and successful business and play an integral role in its future development.
