Start your job searchA PE backed technology business, based in central London, is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to play a crucial role with full responsibility for the finance function and a broader remit across the business. Your key focus will be on preparing the business for sale and ultimately taking them through to a successful exit in a short period of time.
Joining the management team as a key member, you will be leading multiple functions within the company and have substantial influence on the strategic direction of the business. The business is experiencing a fast-growth period and the CFO will be reviewing all current system, processes, and controls to ensure they have the capacity to grow with the business. As CFO you will have the ability to turn long term goals into short term actions and welcome the opportunity to challenge the status quo.
Working closely with the CEO and private equity backers you will be providing both technical and strategic support to ensure they are able to meet their ambitious growth goals. You will be drawing upon your commercial instinct and excellent communication skills in order to develop key relationships with stakeholders and utilise your leadership skills to develop and inspire the finance team.
As CFO you will be a qualified accountant (ACA,ACMA,ACCA), with a proven track record as an autonomous CFO in growing businesses through both organic growth and M&A. A background in technology or a related sector is highly desirable as is a background as a CFO in PE Backed/Leveraged businesses. This is an excellent opportunity to have the ability to take an exciting business through to a rewarding exit.
