Disrupted PE Backed business is seeking to recruit experienced CFO to drive strategic direction and lead on the transformation of the business. With ambitious plans the business is looking to grow both organically and via acquisitions further to its successful transformation.

You will be a key partner to the CEO and member of the management team. As CFO you will be leading several functions within the company and have substantial influence on their overall direction. Overhauling all current systems, processes, and controls you will be crucial to ensuring they are fit for purpose and have the capacity to grow with the business.

A technically strong qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA) you will have proven experience as autonomous CFO in a transformation/ turnaround environment. Key to the role is experience of having successfully transformed a business whilst experience as CFO in a PE Backed/Leveraged environment, whilst not essential, is highly desirable.
