Our client is an education business looking to continue its international expansion plan and requires an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead their finance function. As the company is private equity-backed, you will maintain close relationships with the Board of Directors, the PE investors, and the banking institutions providing leverage whilst ensuring all financial processes and controls are in place to guide the business towards its next phase of growth.

As CFO you will be spearheading the business through its most exciting phases, including rapid growth and profitable exit. The business will require a hands-on CFO to manage the finance function and daily operations, timely and effective reporting, and the implementation of KPIs, processes, and controls of the business.

You will be considered for this role if you are able to demonstrate the following credentials:

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA)
  • Recent successful experience as a no.1 in finance within a PE backed (or highly leveraged) business
  • Proven transactional record including but not limited to; acquisitions, integrations, consolidations, PE exits
  • Dealt with international and/or multi site businesses
  • Growth focused, hands on individual with practical and demonstrable knowledge of successfully implementing financial change
