Our client, a Private Equity backed education business is currently seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to head up their finance team. The position requires a strong candidate to professionalise, organise and prepare their business for a future exit.

Due to the nature of the business, our client requires someone who has previous multi-site experience. As CFO, you will be working closely with the private equity house to increase the efficiency of the business, with a specific focus on the finance department. You will have a strong presence in leading and implementing all controls, processes and procedures in order to continue to grow the business.

Our client has indicated the ideal candidate should have prior experience in building an in-house finance function from inception. As the number one within Finance you will be expected to build and develop the talented internal team to drive the business into a positive future.

Please note for this position we will only be considering ACA, ACCA, ACMA qualified candidates. Experience working within the education sector would be helpful but not essential.
