An international AIM listed business is seeking a technical and commercial Chief Financial Officer to partner the CEO with full control for the finance function and a broad remit across the organisation. This group operates within a niche market and has a world class reputation within its sector.

With overall responsibility for the delivery of strategic and operational finance and accounting, the aim of the role is to partner with the CEO and board in order to take a leading role in contributing to the long term development of this business. You will have responsibility for the development and execution of the strategy and plan for the group, including managing emerging global business growth and performance opportunities.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA) with extensive experience operating at board level and as a CFO/FD for a listed organisation. Experience of working in an international multi-currency and revenue business is highly important to the role. A background as CFO in an AIM listed business is desirable but not essential. This role requires an extremely dynamic individual who is excited about assisting with growth both commercially and financially.
