Growing PE-Backed Retail and wholesale business is seeking a motivated and experienced CFO with an eye for strategic growth to partner the CEO as a key member of the board. The CFO will be instrumental in driving the continued success and growth of the business.

As CFO you will have full responsibility for the company's finance function; inputting and improving systems, processes and controls in order to ensure that the business's comprehensive range of products is sold effectively. You will have responsibility for the day to day running of the finance function as well as helping to formulate and deliver the growth strategy for the business. This is likely to include customer acquisition, marketing, brand development, new product development, online channels and team growth.

The CFO will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA), with experience as autonomous Financial number one in a PE-Backed or leveraged environment, preferably having set up a finance function. A background in retail or wholesale distribution is highly desirable.
