A highly innovative PE backed pharmaceuticals business is seeking to recruit a highly skilled CFO to partner with the CEO in driving the continued success and growth of the business. The company has huge growth potential and are looking to expand their product range and reach new customers nationwide.

As the number one in finance, the CFO will have full responsibility for managing the finance function, working in partnership with the CEO to develop, deliver and evaluate the overall strategy for the business. Maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and PE investors, you will be a valued contributor to executive-level strategy through preparation of detailed and incisive performance analysis, forecasting, and reporting.

A qualified accountant (ACA,ACCA,ACMA), preferably chartered, you will have experience as an autonomous CFO in consumer pharmaceuticals, otherwise a background in retail would be beneficial. Experience of driving growth in a PE Backed/Leveraged environment is highly desirable.
