Excellent opportunity has arisen for a CFO to join a successful Private Equity backed Business in order to lead the business through to a successful Exit.

As CFO you will partner the CEO and sit on the Board as a key member of the senior management team including the CTO and Client Director.

You will have extensive experience as an autonomous CFO in a leveraged (Ideally private equity-backed) business with proven M&A experience including having taken a business through to successful Exit. You will have experience leading the finance function of a multi-national business and be used to working with external private equity and debt funders.

You will have strong commercial and technical skills and be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA,ACMA) ideally chartered.
