Start your job searchOur client is a leading PE Backed managed services provider in the telco/IT sector with a great reputation with its UK customers. Operating across multiple sites throughout the UK and having been highly profitable for a number of years this business is now looking for an extraordinary CFO to take the business through its next phase of growth leading to an eventual exit.
As CFO, you will be the key team member in charge of the entire finance function, assisting the CEO and rest of the senior management team towards the company's joint goal along with providing key financial information to the board and PE house. Through M&A activities, putting in place processes, procedures and controls you will be a vital person in helping with the growth of this company.
The successful candidate will:
- Be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA), preferably chartered
- Have experience working within a PE-Backed business previously
- Have extensive experience of the managed services sector
- Have been involved in growing a business through M&A
- Have taken a business through a successful exit
