A highly entrepreneurial PE-backed media-services business is seeking to recruit an insightful CFO to be an integral partner to their CEO and a leading member of the board. As CFO you will have a key focus on overseeing and driving the finance team. The business is extremely ambitious growth plans, both acquisition driven and organic, and the CFO will be crucial to ensuring that these are achieved.

This is a highly commercial role and you will need to roll up your sleeves in the short term, overhauling systems, processes and controls as well as identifying strengths and weaknesses within the business so as to provide insight into growth opportunities. The CFO will be vital to leading the business through a planned period of M&A.

We are looking for qualified, commercially minded candidates (ACA, ACMA, ACCA), with hands-on experience and strong analytical and quantitative skills. You should have proven experience as autonomous CFO with proven success, ideally in media-services or a related business and your desire to be involved in all aspects of the business and be proactive and positive will be critical to your success.
