Our client is a privately owned Niche retailer who are seeking a CFO to join their team to assist them get through an exit in the short term exit and then beyond. With a number of ongoing projects in the pipeline and genuine development opportunities, this company has an impressive growth agenda and are targeting a successful sale in the not too distant future.

As the number one in finance, the CFO will have full responsibility for managing the finance function, implementing systems, processes, and controls, which can aid the company in driving them into their next phase. As CFO you will be working in partnership with the CEO and Business owners, developing, delivering and evaluating the overall strategy for the business. As CFO you'll be a valued contributor to executive-level strategy through preparation of detailed and incisive performance analysis, forecasting, and reporting.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA), ideally with experience as a CFO in a multi-site business and having taken it through a successful sale process. You'll have a track record of managing working capital and creating "value add" finance functions. You will communicate effectively and as a leader within the business be expected to work effectively and inspire others in a fast paced and challenging environment. We are seeking people who are able to start immediately or at short notice
