PE-backed buy & build technology business is seeking immediately available CFO to be crucial partner to the CEO and key member of the board, including full responsibility for the finance function and a broad remit across the organisation. The CFO will be integral to defining the future strategic direction of the business and ensuring their continued growth and success. The focus of the role will be on providing a high level of commercial vision to support a swift period of planned growth.

As the right hand to the CEO with full responsibility for leading the finance function and a broad operational remit, you will be professionalising, leading and implementing all controls, processes and procedures to drive growth for the business and oversee their effective buy & build strategy.

You will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA), you will be capable of partnering the CEO and the wider business. You will be able to demonstrate significant growth, active participation in board-level debate, and the smooth integration of acquisitions. A demonstrable background as autonomous CFO in a PE Backed buy & build business is highly desirable.
