Start your job searchHighly successful PE Backed Multi-site consumer Finance business with ambitious growth objectives requires a commercial Chief Financial Officer to take on a leading role within their fast growing business. This private equity backed business has ambitious plans for rapid growth. The CFO will assume a key strategic role in the overall management of the company, and will be actively involved in ensuring the continued success and growth of the business.
The CFO will have overall responsibility for all aspects of the finance function, as well as taking a leading role in the overall strategy of the business, developing effective funding structures and supporting continued product innovation. There will be a need to identify opportunities to perfect financial performance on multiple levels. With overall responsibility for the finance team, the CFO will play an integral role in cultivating relationships with investors and regulators.
The ideal candidate be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA) preferably chartered, able to partner with the CEO and the wider business. They require candidates who can demonstrate their success as an autonomous CFO in businesses of varying sizes. A background within the financial services sector, specifically the consumer finance space, is desirable but not essential.
