A leading PE-backed manufacturing company based in the Midlands requires a Chief Financial Officer to bring its systems, process, and controls up to standard. Experience within manufacturing would be beneficial. The company has a strong product, and its growth prospects are outstanding.

The CFO role has a broad remit, and is set to develop further as the company grows. Initially your focus will be professionalising the finance function, ultimately enabling plans to expand into new markets and diversify the customer base. This will require close cooperation with the CEO, Board of Directors and private equity house. You should be prepared to investigate, analyse, and interpret all of the company's vital information in order to inform long term strategic decision making and planning.

Experience in a highly leveraged business, preferably PE-backed, is essential. Candidates should be local in order to tackle the job head on. In order to be considered applicants must hold an accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/ACMA). Relevant experience within a similar business is strongly preferred.
