PE backed international Software business seeks an experienced CFO to grow the business, through both organic growth and M&A, resulting in a successful exit.

In partnership with the CEO, board and PE backers you will be a key member of the management team with significant influence on the overall strategic direction of the business. You will be required to professionalise all current systems, processes, and controls to ensure they have the capacity to grow with the business. With excellent commercial instinct and communication skills you will develop crucial relationships with stakeholders and utilise your leadership skills to develop and inspire the finance team.

You will be a qualified accountant (ACA,ACMA,ACCA), preferably chartered, with a proven track record in high growth businesses, ideally in the tech or software sector. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly ambitious CFO to take a successful business through an exit.
