A reputable business within the restaurant and hospitality sector is currently seeking a Commercial Finance Manager to join their fast pace team.

You will be the finance lead for supply chain and F&B business areas, responsibilities will include business partnering with senior management and directors, menu development, modeling impact on sales and profit from changes to the menu, pricing analysis and strategy, working closely with supply chain to drive cost efficiencies, budget setting and business planning.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of financial business analysis, have good commercial acumen, and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels. Ideally you will have previous experience working in a commercial finance role and prior industry experience in retail, consumer goods or hospitality would be beneficial. The ideal candidate will be qualified ACCA/CIMA or equivalent and will have strong Excel and system skills.
