An exciting opportunity has arisen for a technically strong Commercial Finance Manager with a keen understanding of the sales function. The role is in a PE backed business services SME. As such you'll need to have an understanding of the demands which come from working in a private equity backed company.

This role encompasses reporting into the CFO and providing extensive support to the CEO, COO and other senior members of the management team. The job will be in a small team that will include top management in the company. As the company recently restructured their financial information pack, they want to develop the business. This opportunity will suit an ambitious Commercial Finance Manager who will support the company's strategic leadership in the delivery of the business plan and commercial decisions.

Additionally, the role covers a broad range of areas such as facilitating commercial and strategic decisions. As well as this, you will need to grasp the company's key commercial metrics and KPIs in order to develop sales pipeline reports. And the CFM will also have to communicate with other business teams in the company.

You will need to be a qualified Accountant with, preferably, either an ACA or CIMA. You will also need experience in delivering board and investor output. The successful candidate will be working in a commercial finance role and joining a company where you can have an impact on the business and its success. Or you'll be a late mover out of practice within Private Equity or corporate finance or transaction services.

It is essential to have good communication skills as you will be required to communicate across different jurisdictions.
