Start your job searchI am currently working with a boutique private equity house who are looking for a qualified accountant to assist the firm with their biggest deal to date and have a real impact in the growth of the business moving forwards.
The firm are at a really interesting point in their life cycle and currently have a range of portfolio companies however their most recent investment will be their biggest to date and is set to triple the value of their business! As you can imagine, this is a very exciting time for the firm and as such they are looking to employ someone dedicated to looking after the finances and the compliance for this investment.
Whilst the role will initially centre more around their most recent investment, the vision of the hiring manager is that you will be extensively involved in the growth of the group as they are planning to expand into different asset classes and different locations over the next few years. As such, they are looking for someone who is not only technically sound but also for someone who has the commercial aptitude to really drive the business growth forwards which means the potential within this role is massive.
In terms of candidates, they are looking for someone who is happy to muck in with the accounting and the reporting for the pension fund but also for someone who wants to really make a noticeable difference within the business. To an extent, the role will be built around you and what you want to get involved with and get out of it which makes it a very interesting and unique opportunity.
