Marks Sattin are working with a SME business in Redditch to recruit an assured Management Accountant.

Fantastic opportunity for a relatively newly qualified Accountant to progress their career in fast paced and cutting edge environment with a focus on internal progression and development.

This is a new role in the Finance team that will focus on;

* Business Partnering

* Driving sales

* Driving product margin

* Managing stock

It is a highly commercial role and, as a result, your success will be determined by the value you add to the business. It will require both strong analytical skills but also the ability to translate any insight into real world action with pace and energy.

You will spend much of your time embedded in the business working alongside our marketing, buying, sales and planning teams. You will be able to business partner these teams and, understanding their challenges, help them to deliver improved performance.

You will need to be a Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with relevant experience.
