Start your job search**M&A Associate - Boutique Lead Advisory - Salaried up to £80k**
A boutique Lead Advisory business are looking to hire an M&A advisory professional with 4 - 5 years of transaction experience from a top mainstream institution and/or boutique. He/she will be responsible for leading the execution of M&A advisory mandates with support from the MD and senior team. He/she will supervise and mentor initially one analyst (in role). The candidate will bring excellent technical skills and strong execution capabilities to the role. He/she will also have started to develop strong personal networks and a following in the market among corporates and sponsors, and will have an appetite to get involved with both deal origination and wider business building and strategic initiatives.
Requirements
* Excellent academic background including minimum 2:1 degree
* Post graduate financial qualifications (ACA / CFA)
* Excellent technical skills including financial analysis and modelling
* Proven ability to lead clients and teams through the entire M&A process
* Excellent written communication and presentation skills
* Proven track record in developing client relationships
* Experience of supervising junior staff
* Full UK employment eligibility
