Marks Sattin is very excited to announce a brilliant new opportunity for a fully qualified ACA/ACCA candidate to join a Sheffield based boutique Corporate Finance house in their new ultra-modern offices in Leeds city centre. After 3 record breaking years the Sheffield based firm have decided to expand their presence to West Yorkshire in the heart of Leeds and are looking to build up a new Corporate Finance team.
The firm is a corporate finance house with a reputation that is built on working on quality transactions and employing the highest calibre corporate finance professionals in the market.
Due to continual growth they are looking to hire an individual who has the ability and commercial awareness to play a key role in a variety of different lead advisory transactions including MBOs, MBIs, acquisitions, disposals, and valuations.
The successful candidate will have a strong academic background (strong A Levels, degree, related professional qualification), preferably trained with a Top 10 international accountancy firm(not essential), be a confident communicator and commercially aware and ideally have some transaction experience within either Corporate Finance M&A, Transaction Services, Corporate Restructuring.
Candidates looking to make their first move from audit in to corporate finance will also be considered as long as they possess the enthusiasm and passion for the sector.
On top of a competitive base salary the appointed individual will participate in an outstanding bonus scheme which is based on the annual performance of the firm.
