Start your job searchA boutique finance consultancy based in central London is looking to add a consultant to its rapidly expanding team. The firm provides hands on finance, commercial expertise and support to finance directors and senior teams to assist them through demanding and often unusual periods of change.
Typically, they work with clients during transactions (mergers, acquisitions, disposals, refinancing), also with operational improvement activities (cashflow modelling, forecasting, reporting, finance function review and improvement) and to deliver commercial initiatives within the health industry (costing, procurement, contracting, negotiations).
The team has worked on over 300 projects for a range of PE backed, midcap and listed corporates, as well as the NHS, other government bodies and charities.
The success of the company to date has created the opportunity to join this growing entrepreneurial and dynamic team of finance professionals. The role is seeking finance qualified individuals with strong technical and commercial skills, who want to make a difference for their clients and can learn and adapt to different situations quickly. Both candidates with advisory experience (Transactional Services, Lead Advisory, Restructuring) will be considered alongside individuals who have trained within industry.
This position will also afford you the opportunity to work across a number of industry sectors on a wide variety of projects.
