Start your job searchMarks Sattin is working with a leading international business based in the heart of Leeds who are recruiting for a corporate Tax Manager. Working in industry, you will have the opportunity to work for one of the most driven and technically competent managers in the market.
This manager started off working in this role and has progressed in the business and is focused on recruiting for his protégé.
Recruiting the right person is crucial, as they are ideally seeking someone who can progress in the business in line with their own development timescales as they be promoted and move internally in the business with careers being aligned.

Not just focused purely on tax, you will gain exposure to core finance responsibilities to ensure you can further develop and expand on your technical capabilities.
In the role you will:
- Managing the groups corporation tax affairs including all aspects of tax compliance and tax reporting
- Work closely with the management accounts and external reporting teams
- Ensure the group is compliant from an indirect tax perspective by managing the VAT compliance cycle
- Keeping abreast of changing tax laws and requirements
Ideally you will be ACA, ACT or ACCA qualified and be interested in a position where you will gain 70% exposure to corporate tax and 30% exposure to core finance projects - expanding your technical ability.
