We are actively seeking a Credit Controller for a well established company in Bromborough, Wirral.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a very successful business on a tempoary basis that could lead to perm!
The main duties include:
- Manage a portfolio of customers, ensuring payments are made within agreed terms.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle a high volume of customer interactions via telephone.
- Maintain customer records to ensure timely receipt of invoices/statements.
- Provide copy invoices to customers on an ad-hoc basis.
- Escalate any concerning issues to the Credit Control Team Leader.
Our client is looking for a candidate who has:
- Credit Control experience
- Good Excel skills
- The ability to develop and maintain customer relationships
