Great Credit Conrol role based in Manchester, with the role comes a lot of customer service is required and carrying out tasks such as contacting people both internally and externally by phone, letter or email. Because of the role and the amount of customer service, communication is vital and there will be some levels of dispute management and resolving queries. The credit control job is massively important and the business is looking for a professional and capable candidate that can reduce the aged debt of the company and chase long standing debt.
