Customer Service Representative

Location: Galway

Duration: 9 months contract (Maternity Cover)

Salary: 30,000 - 35,000 Euro

My client, a global manufacturer of safety products, are currently looking to hire a capable Customer Service Representative for their company, based in Galway. The ideal candidate will provide support to customers for all products and services offered by the client.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling inbound and outbound communication (phone calls and email) of both a commercial and technical nature
  • Track order progress all the way from initiation to completion stage (Enters order on system - Monitor the order - Release it to customer)
  • Handle Order Management from start to finish and liaise with team and other departments to ensure product gets shipped on time
  • Create physical paperwork for Shipment with couriers
  • Liaise with freight carriers and couriers to book shipments and obtain freight quotes for customers

About you

  • 3-5 years experience in similar role
  • Come from a manufacturing background preferable
  • SAP or any ERP/CRM system experience
  • Engineering or business degree
