Working as Data Privacy Manager within this well known brand, you will be providing expert advice, developing and maintaining comprehensive privacy policies and procedures within the organisation.
Success profile
- Track record of installing a data protection culture across multiple business'
- Knowledge of Data protection laws and regulations as they relate to Lloyd's and the market
- Understanding of worldwide data protection regulation, law and practices. In particular, an in depth understanding of the GDPR
- Experience with operational aspects of data protection including privacy practices such as impact assessments, handling data subject's requests, employee monitoring, vendor contracts and breach management
- General regulatory compliance
- Substantial experience within Data Compliance and a track record working within information governance frameworks.
- CIPP/E or ISEB Preferred
- GDPR (Practioniner) Desirable , PDP, CRISC, IAPP, CIPP, CIPM, CISM, CISA, CISO, CISSP knowledge
- Previous experience as Head of Data Privacy, Head of Data Protection, Data Protection Officer, DPO, Data Protection Consultant, Data Protection Manager, Data Protection Director, Information Governance, Data Privacy Consultant, Data Privacy Officer, Information Governance Manager, Information Governance Consultant, Information Compliance Officer, Information Compliance Manager, Information Compliance Consultant, GDPR Consultant, GDPR Programme Manager, GDPR Project Manager, GDPR SME, GDPR Programme Lead
