What you will be doing:
- Ensure data accuracy and system performance in leasing platforms like Odessa.
- Develop and optimize leasing reporting solutions based on technical and functional requirements.
- Perform advanced data analysis, ETL support, and troubleshooting using SQL and data warehouse concepts.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports with tools like Power BI and SAP BO.
- Create predictive analytics and models to deliver actionable insights.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and align technical solutions.
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders for seamless integration.
- Manage data structures and ensure high-quality data management within leasing systems.
What you will bring:
- Proven expertise with leasing platforms like Odessa or Alfa.
- Strong skills in SQL, advanced data analysis, and ETL processes.
- Proficiency in reporting tools like Power BI, SAP BO, and advanced Excel.
- Solid understanding of data warehouses, relational databases, and backend systems.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- A minimum of 10 years in data analytics or technical development, including 3 years in leasing domain systems.
- A problem-solving mindset with flexibility to adapt to changing requirements.
