The Role: Deputy COO
The Company: International Wealth Manager
The Location: City of London
International Wealth Manager/Family Office is looking to bring on an Operations Director to manage the overall operations function. Exceptionally broad role across Finance, Compliance, Change, Risk etc. Responsible for the target operating model of the firm.
The Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all day to day operations of a Wealth Management firm including but not limited to client onboarding, trade execution, portfolio management, reporting processes
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
- Oversee the compliance function ensuring it adheres to FCA regulations, developing, implementing and maintaining a robust compliance framework
- Lead & manage a team of operational professionals
- Prepare, maintain and oversee regulatory reports
- Work closely within the client-facing teams
The Requirements:
- Proven experience leading within an FCA regulated Family Office/Wealth Manager
- Strong understanding of Wealth Management products
- Indepth knowledge of FCA regulations and compliance requirements
- Qualified Accountant desirable
