You'll be friendly and professional, and will be able to handle any queries around accounts, personal details, changes in personal circumstances via an innovative internal customer/reporting system.

If you have strong verbal and numerical skills, and if you'd like to combine this with a customer focused role, this organisation is ideal, and can offer you some great personal training and development.
