FINANCE ADMINISTRATOR / ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT

One of our most prestigious clients is looking for a Finance Administrator/Accounts Assistant to join their sociable team and would like someone who has a really good mix of finance/systems administration as well as great communication/customer service skills.

On a daily basis, you'll be working as part of a close-knit team and will be exposed to all aspects of the below on a daily basis:

  • Speaking to suppliers on a daily basis and communicating to exceptional levels of customer services
  • Uploading invoices and allocating cash as received
  • Querying any anomalies in terms of amounts invoiced
  • Working with financial information and manipluating data
  • Assisting with financial reporting for month-end accounting duties

You'll have a really proactive attitude, and will be keen make suggestions and help in a highly expanding environment.
