Finance Administrator - Sale

Brand new Finance Administrator role within one of South Manchester's leading services organisation.

Working in a really outgoing and friendly team, you'll be key in providing exceptional support to various departments including Accounting, Sales and Payroll. If you are looking for a general finance administration role then this a great entry level role for someone looking to get their foot on the ladder and further develop.

The main day to day roles will be:

  • Managing a busy inbox and handling queries on behalf of teams
  • Working alongside other teams on a daily basis including finance and sales operations
  • Handing payroll issues
  • Speaking with customers to resolve any queries relating to their personal details
  • Raising invoices ensuring all information is accurate on recorded on internal systems
  • Processing any amendments in terms of personal information on internal customer records
  • Managing and processing expenses
  • Looking at ad hoc work as and when needed
