Start your job searchA well-known FMCG business based in Sevenoaks are currently looking to hire an experienced Finance analyst to their fast-paced finance team.
Reporting in to the Financial Controller, you will be a key part of the finance controlling department working very closely with supply chain and marketing teams analysing past and future performance by customer to ensure accurate management of expenditure and reporting.
Duties include:
- Responsible for the marketing report for budget deck
- Preparation and analysis of costs of goods and sourcing of products
- Perform 'what-if' analysis on product profitability vs benchmark, with recommendations
- Ensuring accurate Cost of Sales and trade spends is applied
- Innovation reports and logistic reporting and analysis
- Monthly meetings with Brand Managers, challenging accruals phasing and budgets
- Ensuring journals, accruals, Group charges are valid and up to date and gap analysis and reports accurate and on time
- Responsible for marketing invoices approval, accruals, group recharges and reconciliations
- Responsible for maintenance of marketing G/L accounts
- Ad hoc analysis and general support across the team
The successful candidate will be part qualified (ACCA/CIMA) and have an analytical approach to reporting and budget management.
Previous business partnering experience is essential in this role.
Experience of SAP and Power BI are desirable
