A property services business based in Watford is looking for a Finance Analyst to join their fast paced finance team.

Reporting into the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining the company cash flow and regularly keeping track of transactions.
  • Regular monitoring and reporting of cash movement trends.
  • Assisting with tax and audit preparation for year end.
  • Overseeing VAT returns and assisting with sample checks.
  • Assisting with budgets and forecasts and producing P&L reports.
  • Helping the FC with any other ad hoc reporting tasks where required.

The ideal candidate will have in depth finance experience (3 yrs+). Candidates must have the ability to communicate well and build relationships within a business. Strong experience using accounting systems and strong MS Excel skills are essential.
