Seeking a Finance & Office Assistant to join a fast growing strategic advisory start-up based in London. This is a newly created position due to the significant amount of growth the company have already gone through. This is the perfect position for someone who has experience working in an office admin position, and is looking to get exposure to finance.

This position will incorporate a mixture of office admin duties, as well as finance. Admin duties include; raising and tracking any necessary deliveries for the business, maintain office upkeep, deal with office contractors, manage all post, organise team socials, advertise roles for recruitment, and maintain staff spreadsheets. Finance duties include; post supplier invoices, track customer puchase orders, post sales invoices, prepare financial reports, ensure supplier details are up to date and assist with cash/credit card expense processing.

The ideal candidate will have worked in an office environment for a year, and have an interest in finance. You will be personable and have a flexible approach to working. It is essential that you have had some use of Excel, and preferably G-Suite. There will be support for those looking to begin a finance qualification.
