Start your job searchA growing IT solutions company based in Central London are actively looking to recruit a Accounts Assistant in to their dynamic finance team.
Reporting into the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the accounts department whilst also completed month end tasks.
Duties include:
- Raising sales invoices, processing purchase invoices and making payments
- Preparing and processing prepayment schedules
- Taking full responsibility for the purchase ledger function
- Carrying out weekly and/or monthly supplier reconciliations
- Processing various month end journals
- Provide detailed and accurate revenue reports to the Finance Manager
- Manage the accounting system to ensure consistency, accurate entry, and accurate reporting of all accounts
- Investigating and resolving customer accounting queries
- Bank & Credit Card reconciliations
The successful candidate will have 6-12 months accounts payable experience and able to meet deadlines.
Sage line 50 and Quickbooks experience is desirable
