Start your job searchMarks Sattin is working in an exclusive partnership with Boston Tea Party, an independent café group who are on a growth journey and looking for a Finance assistant to join the team. Based in Bristol, this role will support the finance team with day-to-day and month end process to ensure the smooth running of the business.
This role will be paying up to £21,000 per annum with excellent benefits including hybrid working, 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays, matched pension contributions up to 5%, Staff discount of 50% when eating with friends or family. All wrapped up into an ethically focused business with an amazing culture.
The Finance assistant role
Due to a well navigated pandemic and strong strategic growth plans, this role is the perfect time to join as a finance assistant with a passion for the hospitality industry. Key responsibilities include:
- Accurate processing of invoices and inputting onto the accounts system
- Preparing and processing weekly payment runs
- Reconciliations of supplier statements
- Assisting with month end process and reconciliations to produce accounts
- Processing and checking employee expenses
