Seeking a Finance Assistant to join reputable media publishing company based in Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity gain insight into the wider business and their high profile clients.

As a Finance Assistant, you will be involved with a broad remit of duties, including;

  • Purchase ledger invoice management
  • Carry out royalty reports as well as ensuring all licensing and syndicate agreements are up to date
  • Assist with the credit control function
  • Prepare customer account statements
  • Work with the legal team to put together contracts
  • Ensure international compliance
  • Generate market research reports

The ideal candidate will have a finance degree and at least 1-2 years experience working in finance in a broad role. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must have strong Excel skills and be highly numerate. Knowledge of rights management is advantageous.
