Start your job searchA high performing and forward thinking business in Sheffield are looking to recruit a qualified Finance Business Partner to be a part of their Commercial Finance Function.
- Partner with business unit to build and develop annual plans / budget.
- Lead the annual budgeting process, influencing and challenging the stakeholders
- Challenge the commercial thinking of the business unit to maximize ongoing margins through clear Revenue and Cost management
- Challenging assumptions and quantifying various strategic options
- Work in partnership with the business to provide financial and commercial guidance
- Collaborate with business unit to understand the revenue and cost drivers
- Responsible for the analysis of spend / ROI
- Responsible for providing end-to-end strategic and operational support for financial activities and performance
- Provide insights and analysis to the business unit leadership team in order to support decision making as well as working with the business to identify value creating initiatives and monitor successful implementation
- Supporting the business units efforts at creating value and unlocking incremental business potential by providing business decision support, transactions analysis / valuations and support, as well as recommendations to grow the business and manage costs
- Possess high level of resilience and the ability to work under pressure to tight reporting deadlines
The successful candidate will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified and have the ability to demonstrate the necessary gravitas, influencing skills and credibility when challenging senior leadership. You will be highly-motivated, proactive and enthusiastic with the ability to understand the bigger picture and be proactive. Amy.marper@markssattin.com
