This is a superb commercial finance role working as part of the senior leadership team that helps shape the strategic agenda of the business and give guidance from a finance perspective.
Due to recent internal moves, a new finance requirement has arisen to support key business areas across the UK and own the budgeting and forecasting process and provide best in class monthly reporting and analysis of operations. You will add value by providing insightful business information and analysis to facilitate the decision making at operational and strategic level and ultimately optimise financial performance and drive continuous improvement to achieve the strategic goals.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, the role will be providing detailed, complete and accurate financial analysis to senior stakeholders - giving guidance and solutions on recognised risks and challenging where necessary. The position requires excellent data analytical skills to give clarity on numbers and in depth knowledge of cost and expense management.
You will have a solid background in finance, as well as commercial acumen to work with senior management and understand business drivers. You will be qualified (ACA/ACCA/ACMA equivalent) with a strong track record of professional advancement and demonstrable progression in your roles. Experience of working and partnering with IT and other operations is advantageous, ideally with experience of working in a financial services environment.
