Responsibilities:

• Overseeing day‑to‑day finance operations
• Managing AP/AR to ensure smooth delivery on client projects
• Weekly cashflow oversight
• Monthly management & investor reporting
• Leading forecasting and annual budgeting cycles
• Implementing robust financial controls
• Supporting and developing junior finance team members
• Partnering with teams across the UK and Australia

Requirements:

• Strong management accounting experience
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confidence managing multiple priorities at pace
• A collaborative mindset and ability to build strong internal relationships
• Proactive, solutions‑driven approach
• CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified
