Job Description

The key responsibilities of the Finance Manager will be:

  • To manage the finances of the School, including fee invoices, payroll, monthly accounts and management of teaching budgets
  • Leading and managing a team of 2 in finance
  • Preparation of information for year-end audit, liaising with auditors and senior stakeholders within that process
  • Produce management accounts reporting packs for the school and for any other schools within the group as required
  • Supporting the Headmaster in developing additional revenue streams including letting of school facilities to external bodies e.g. weddings, training and corporate functions

The Successful Applicant

The key ideal candidate for the Finance Manager will be:

  • Excellent Excel and IT skills
  • Experience within a school, education and training environment is desirable but not essential
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

My client is offering an hourly rate up to £20 per hour.
