Recruiting a Finance Manager to join the team in Bristol. You will have one direct report.
70% of the role will be business partnering.

Experience Required:

  • Chartered Accountant qualification (or equivalent)
  • Business Parenting
  • Strong Management Accounts
  • Highly computer literate

Role Summary

  • Support in driving Financial and Contract Governance across the Account to ensure precise, timely and reliable reporting
  • Guarantee suitable Financial Control is in place on the account and managed on a monthly basis together with, managing balance sheet reconciliations for the Account and ensuring timeliness / accuracy
  • Monthly account business reviews and manage agreed Finance actions
  • Recognise, anticipate and deliver customer (internal and external) needs while building good relationships
  • Business Partner with stakeholders
  • Manual accrual ownership - analysis, validate and contest operations team to achieve efficient processing of payments
  • Monthly payroll evaluation - safeguard that correct costs are allocated to the account corporate P&L and any recharges managed
  • Debt report - ownership of debt management
  • Business Review - production of pack
  • Drive Corporate profitability
