Financial Controller Designate is required by my Manufacturing client

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is at Finance Manager level who wants to commit to a business and is looking in the medium term to become a Financial Controller.

You will be Qualified ACMA / ACA / ACCA with some supervisory experience as there are staff responsibilities with this position

This is a hands on, all round position, with responsibility for the month end routine both statutory and analytical, therefore, a strong technical ability is needed coupled with an inquisitive mind and strong communication skills as you will need to liaise and partner at all levels from the board to the operative staff.

Experience of working within an SME is desired. Manufacturing experience would also be a distinct advantage although not essential

This is a lovely business with a family feel so this will suit someone who likes to fully integrate themselves in their working community
