A high growth PE backed property business based in the start-up hub of the city is looking for a Finance Manager. The contract is initially 3 months with a view to go permanent. As the Finance Manager you will be leading with the technical accounting (IFRS & Luxemburg GAAP) and managing ongoing project costs.

You will be mainly responsible for:

  • Overseeing the annual audit process and preparing statutory accounts
  • Preparing management information packs for the directors
  • Cash flow forecasting including group consolidation
  • Dealing with technical issue (IFRS, UK/Lux GAAP)
  • Monthly preparation of the management accounts
  • Implementing a KPI tracker for the wider business

The ideal Finance Manager will be ACA/CA qualified from a top 25 practice with at least 2 years post-qualified experience. Prior experience within a technical role is essential and experience within a property business is highly beneficial. Apply ASAP to ensure you are considered.
