This is a newly created division for the FP&A function of a large plc with numerous well established UK brands under it. I'm looking for an ACA qualified accountant with 3-5 years industry experience, particular industry experience isn't relevant however you'll need to have solid background without too many career changes since qualifying. You'll be a capable man manager with proved skills in leading a team and have a strong understanding of all aspects of technical accounting. You're previously practice background would have given you solid foundations for your current technical accounting knowledge. By leading from the front you'll be able to drive the team forward (composed of 5 financial accountants) and will regular interactions with the FC you'll strive to achieve high standards within all the procedures and practises im0plemented.
