A growing footwear retailer based in North London are looking for a standalone Finance Manager/ Accountant.

Reporting into the Managing Director and working very closely with the Part time Finance Director, you will be in a sole position covering all aspects of transactional and management accounts.

Duties include:

• Accounts Payable
• Accounts Receivable and credit control
• Bank reconciliations
• Petty cash
• Weekly cash flow, yearly budgeting and monthly variance analysis with commentary
• P&L and balance sheet reconciliations
• Month end routine - accruals, prepayments, fixed assets, revenue recognition and depreciation
• Year end accounts preparation
• Payroll
• VAT returns
• Ad hoc reporitng

The successful candidate will be someone who has top to bottom all round accounts experience and will be comfortable working on their own.

XERO software experience is essential for this role.
